“We have to make sure that teachers have the opportunity to benefit from our research and knowledge,” explains Dr. Markus Jonscher, head of the department’s office. “The students will benefit from that as well. In this way, their teachers not only teach them about the status quo in a research area, but can also explain the directions in which research is currently going and how the research area is likely to change and develop in the future.”
